I found out that the characteristics in an organism that help it survive in its enviroment, are its instincts, because if it didn’t have instincts it wouldn’t know it was suppose to get food, and without food it won’t be able to survive in its enviroment. I found it at http://www.nettrekker.com

I think that a characteristics in an organism that help it survive in its eviroment, are humans, because we survive are eviroment, also we can survive in the winter.Also humans can make are food, like hambugers, pizza, and MANY, MANY, MORE.

We learned that adaptation is an characteristic that helps an organism survive in its invironment.
Example: In the winter, a snowshoe rabbit’s fur turns white and in the summer it turns brown. It adapts by camoflough. It turns white in winter to match the snow so it can be safe from predators and in the summer, it turns brown to camoflough with the shriveled grass.
We found our answer in our science books, book on rabibits, and the discovery channel.

We learned that a characteristic that helps it survive in its envioroment is adaptation. For exampel seed eaters like sparrows have short and sharp bills for cracking seeds ,another exampel is whales they need water and fish to adapt in the water.

WHAT IS A CHARACTERISTIC IN AN ORGANISM THAT HELP IT SURVIVE IN ITS ENVIRONMENT?
ADAPATION-
Organisms or any of its parts that results from natural selection and by which the organism becomes better fitted to survive and multiply in its environment.For example a polor bear will not adapt during the summer hotness, because it’s amount of fur it has. but humans will adapt to the a little coldness as well as hotness after a period of time. We got our information in our science books, dictionary.com and ideas in our head.

Characteristis of an organisms is adaptations like a raccon needs to be near wetlands or forests but they can adapt to having people around moving in their territory. They will get into someone’s trashcan and mess their yard up to find food

The answer for the CSI is adaptation.For an example, a camel adapts to the desert because it stroes water in it’s hump and it’s we got the info. from our science book and our teacher.
